Continuing on with playing catch up – next I have the Delush Polish The Rising Maidens Collection to share! This collection arrived right before the long hours at work really kicked in, so I fell behind on it. They are still available though, so I’m not too late.

The Delush Polish The Rising Maidens Collection was inspired by The Handmaid’s Tale. I’ll be honest – I haven’t seen this yet. I plan on watching it soon, but haven’t had time to really watch much of anything that would require focus. I usually have a show on in the background while I work on collections (The Black List is on now) but once I’m able to put more focus on a show – this one is up next.

This is an 8 piece collection with magnetics, aurora shimmer and even a thermal magnetic.

Let’s jump right in.

Delush Polish | Cone of Armour

Cone of Armour is a white crelly base with blue aurora shimmer and pink to blue iridescent color shifting flakes, as well as holographic flakes sprinkled in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Delush Polish | Blessed Be The Fruit

Blessed Be The Fruit is a grape jelly base with ultra chrome chameleon and color shifting flakes that spark blue, teal, aura and magenta, as well as a subtle blue shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Delush Polish | Barren Of Hope

Barren Of Hope is a blackened teal jelly base with pinkish red to gold aurora shimmer, as well as metallic red flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Delush Polish | Forbidden Innocence

Forbidden Innocence is a medium grey crelly base loaded with pink aurora shimmer, as well as a rainbow assortment of ultra chrome chameleon flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Delush Polish | Rebellious Maiden

Rebellious Maiden is a maroon base with teal a magnetic effect, with glowing blue aurora shimmer and fuchsia micro flecks. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Delush Polish | The Last Ceremony

The Last Ceremony is a thermal magnetic. My temperature was all over the place when I used this, so the photos are mid transition.

This is a warm purple when cold to a mossy green when warm, with a purple to pink magnetic effect and pink to gold aurora shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Delush Polish | The Ruins of Gilead

The Ruins of Gilead is actually my favorite of the set. This is an olive green base with a coppery rose gold magnetic effect, as well as green to gold aurora shimmer and fiery ultra chameleon flakes mixed in that flash green, bronze and gold. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This collection makes me want to watch the show even more. I’ve heard wonderful things about it – and I want to know how these names were created. I love seeing that aspect of a collection – how it relates to the show.

I had no application issues and my top picks are: The Ruins of Gilead, The Last Ceremony and Cone of Armour.
