Group Exclusives | KBShimmer & Emily de Molly

Tomorrow Color4Nails will be launching 5 new polishes that are group exclusives for the Color4Nails Facebook Group! This months customs are from Emily de Molly & KBShimmer!

All 5 shades will be available from July 20th through July 31st for preorder, then they will begin shipping out on August 13th. You will have to be a member of the Color4Nails Facebook Group to be able to purchase these as well.

Let’s take a look!

Emily de Molly

We’re going to take a look at all 3 of Emily de Molly’s creations first!

Out and About

Out and About is a neon coral crelly base loaded with iridescent flakes and silver holographic microglitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is a difficult shade to photograph and my photos pulled a tad bit neon pink. It is a mid range neon coral.

Spell It Backwards

Spell It Backwards is a deep purple base loaded with pink to green multichrome shimmer and pale blue holographic microglitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Clear Minded (Magnetic)

Clear Minded is a magnetic shade! Without using the magnet it looks like a rich, lush olive green with intense gold shimmer and a scattered holographic. When you use the magnet, it draws that gold shimmer out more and the base shifts to a blue green. I used the corner of the magnet so it’s a curvy design vs a straight line, but the magnetic shimmer is crazy good in this so you see a lot of it!

I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

KBShimmer

KBShimmer created 2 exclusives for July!

Seas The Day

Seas The Day is a bright blue jelly base packed with pink to purple color shifting shimmer and a ton of silver holographic flecks. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. This polish has the slightest texture from the flakes, but seriously – it’s very slight. If you use a thin top coat you might need 2 coats, otherwise 1 should smooth it over just fine.

Traveling Light

Traveling Light is a muted pinkish orange creme base with aqua shimmer, a touch of scattered holo and holographic flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

My photos make this polish look bolder than it is in person, it’s actually a bit lighter.

Color4Nails July 2018 Group Exclusives | KBShimmer & Emily de Molly

This set of exclusives has such a nice range to choose from and they all have different effects, so there seems to be a little something for everyone. I had no application issues with any of the 5 shades. My top picks are KBShimmer Seas The Day and Emily de Molly Spell It Backwards.

How close would you say is kbshimmer’s Insert Coin to Clear Minded? Any chance for an apples to apples quick comparison swatch? Is the magnetic effect stronger in one vs the other? I am trying to avoid getting colors that are too similar. Thanks!
