I have been swatching and posting like a mad woman since I got home from work, and this is going to be the final post tonight. I will have a couple more popping up tomorrow – but all of those will be available online after Polish Con so it wasn’t a huge rush. The final post tonight will be Alter Ego Nail Enamel Polish Con Chicago 2017 shades!

The Alter Ego Nail Enamel Polish Con Chicago 2017 polishes are Da Bears and Hot Times In Old Town! I’ve been working with Cynthia of Alter Ego for a bit now, and I’ve had the opportunity to meet her before (at Cosmoprof a few years ago!) so if you get a chance to meet her at Polish Con – DO IT! She’s a total love!

Let’s take a look at her Polish Con offerings!

Da Bears

Da Bears is a clear base packed with pearly white and blue flakes as well as orange micro glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Hot Times In Old Town

The second shade is Hot Times In Old Town! This is a matte neon dot glitter topper. I used 1 coat over Essie Limo-scene for these photos.

I did have to use the dabbing method to apply the topper.

There you have it! The Alter Ego Nail Enamel Polish Con Chicago 2017 shades! My favorite is Da Bears, but I can never turn down a neon topper either. I did have to use the dabbing method to apply Hot Times In Old Town, but that’s not totally uncommon for some top coats like it.
