Happy Monday! It’s that time again, and we’re going to be looking at the October 2025 Little Box of Horrors Offerings today – the theme for October is Villains!
I had time for videos this month and I felt very accomplished getting through them all! You can check out all 20 items I shared this month on my YouTube channel below!
One thing to note this month – the theme altered a bit from the original, so some names shown on labels are not all accurate. Some makers switched inspos prior to shop opening, but after PR went out – so PR has the original name. Please disregard the label, I am using the correct name in my text.
For the fine details – for all photos shown – I used Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues Peel Off Base, and for the glossy photos I did Monarch Lacquer Hi-Def Shine Top coat (sent as PR and I’ve also purchased). For all textured polishes, I did use Glisten & Glow Glitter Grabber (PR) and Monarch Lacquer top coat over it.
For my lighting set up I use artificial lighting due to my day job, my set up involves 2 Neatfi XL Lamps from Amazon (affiliate link) as well as this Daylight Company Duo Daylight Lamp (affiliate link).

BCB Lacquers | Call Me. Beep Me!
Inspiration: Shego from Kim Possible
Description: Call Me. Beep Me! is a deep emerald jelly base with a green magnetic pull, green/blue/purple glass flakes and a touch of black flakes.
I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
I used a velvet magnet on index and pinky, catseye magnet on middle and ring nails. Last photo is unmagnetized.

Inspiration: The Sea Witch herself!
Description: Ursuluxe is a cool toned purple with silver shimmer laced throughout.

Humble Bee Polish | That’s All
Inspiration: Inspired by Miranda Priestly’s iconic line, “That’s All” from the movie, The Devil Wears Prada.
Description: That’s All is a deep bordeaux polish with a red-to-black shifting pigment, bordeaux micro glitters and a sprinkle of red reflective glitter.

Jen & Berries Lacquer | Hair Raiser
Inspiration: Inspired by Mother Gothel from Tangled.

Description: Two-Face is a blue jelly darkened by black microflakes and set aflame by red to orange to gold flakes.

Paradox Polish | Oogie Boogie
Inspiration: Nightmare Before Christmas
Description: Oogie Boogie is a glow in the dark glitter topper with lavender, purple, black pink and white hex glitters, as well as some silver holo microglitters. This glows green in the dark.
I used 1 coat over Alchemy Lacquers Clean Slate with a glitter smoother and glossy top coat. Thumb is 3 coats alone with glitter smoother and glossy top coat.

Inspiration: Inspired by the buxom purple tree from The Last Unicorn
Description: Purple Embrace is a cool-toned purple polish that’s packed with an intense pink to gold aurora shimmer.

Tyler’s Trinkets | Magnetic Elixir
Inspiration: Making magnetic polishes easier to use!
Description: Magnetic Elixir is basically a liquid that rewets your magnetic polish so you can reform a line/velvet… even after the polish dries. Simply brush a small layer onto your nail and use the magnet and you’ll get a fresh, crisp new magnetic.
This also makes magnetics a little easier in the way that you can do all 3 coats of magnetic (or 2 coats depending on your preference) and do not magnetize until the end! 2-3 coats, then a thin coat of Magnetic Elixir and then magnetize.
