Sea Lore FALL-Ing For Nemo Collection Swatches & Review

Press Sample

Today I have the 5 shades from the Sea Lore FALL-ing For Nemo Collection!  This is a gorgeous collection with the cutest names!

photo (1)

All 5 shades are inspired by the Disney Pixar movie Finding Nemo!  I’m a HUGE fan of Disney Pixar films and have no issue watching them even when my son isn’t around.  Finding Nemo is one of his favorites too, so I’ve seen it a number of times.

Lets take a look at Sea Lore’s creations!

Bruce-ally Honest

Bruce-ally Honest is my favorite of the 5!  Bruce-ally Honest is a sheer opal white crelly base with aqua shimmer, micro glitter and small white glitter shreds throughout.  I used 3 thin coats for the photo, but it can easily be layered over a white creme for more opacity.

Overview

I think this collection is adorable and the names are perfect!  I used all of the jelly/crelly shades in their natural state (alone) but they can all be used over a creme base if you want full opacity.  I had no application issues or formula issues with any of these.

Price:  Full Size – $8.00 Mini Size (shown) – $4.00

Sea Lore has released her Spring Collection and you are going to LOVE these glitter packed beauties!

The Spring Seas Collection consists of 5 gorgeous polishes: Popping Parrotfish, Leaping Lyretail, Dancing Discus, Springing Seahorse, and Jumping Jellyfish!

Take a look!

Popping Parrotfish:

Popping Parrotfish is a pale mint green creme base with an assortment of rainbow glitter mixed in.  I used 3 thin coats for this photo and a glossy top coat!

Leaping Lyretail:

20130429-183831.jpg

Leaping Lyretail is a hot pink jelly base packed full of white square glitter, yellow and pink hex glitter, and hot pink circle glitter!  I used 3 coats for this photo and a glossy top coat!  I love how suspended the glitters are in this jelly polish!

Dancing Discus:

20130429-183840.jpg

Dancing Discus is one of my top pics from this collection!  Dancing Discus is a sheer soft peach with a shifting blue violet glow and various sizes of iridescent hexes, blue green squares and tiny golden glitters.  I used 3 thin coats for this photo and I really loved how it came out.  The opacity builds up easily, but you can also layer 1 coat over any color to add a little something to the mani color of your choice!

Springing Seahorse:

20130429-183924.jpg

Springing Seahorse is a glitter topcoat with an amazing shimmer in the base!  Springing Seahorse is a sparkling purple iridescent base with various shades of purple glitters.  I used 1 coat of Springing Seahorse over Sinful Colors Snow Me White!

I took a slightly different angle so you can catch a glimmer of the shimmery base!

Jumping Jellyfish:

20130429-183919.jpg

Jumping Jellyfish is a cerulean blue jelly with tiny light blue glitters and blue circle glitter.  I used 3 thin coats for this mani and it’s another beauty.  I wore it all day today as well!

Overall I am very impressed with the Spring Seas Collection from Sea Lore!  I didn’t have any application issues  with these polishes, and I only needed 1 coat of Seche Vite top coat to smooth all of the glitter out (most of it was smooth to begin with because of the jelly bases).

My top picks are Dancing Discus, Springing Seahorse and Jumping Jellyfish!
