Happy Wednesday! I have 22 items for the Little Box of Horrors March 2024 collab to share – and this month the theme is Werewolves!
Little Box of Horrors is a monthly collaboration shop. Each shop will have either a horror, sci-fi, thriller, supernatural, paranormal, or mystery like theme – and the products will then be inspired by that theme. For March the theme is Werewolves!
Once the video is finished, I will add it in below so you can see application for all 22 items I received this month. UPDATE: Video is up and viewable below:
The shop opens on the 18th and will remain open until the 30th , so you have a decently long shopping window.
For the fine details – for all photos shown – I used Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues Peel Off Base, and for the glossy photos I did Monarch Lacquer Hi-Def Shine Top coat (sent as PR and I’ve also purchased). For all textured polishes, I did use Glisten & Glow Glitter Grabber (PR) and Monarch Lacquer top coat over it.
For my lighting set up I use artificial lighting due to my day job, my set up involves 2 Neatfi XL Lamps from Amazon (affiliate link) as well as this Daylight Company Duo Daylight Lamp (affiliate link).
For my nails – they are Apres Gel X nails throughout this post, and the style is Extra Short Stiletto.

BCB Lacquers | What A Marshmallow!
Inspiration: Inspiration: Jacob from Twilight
Description: What A Marshmallow! is a light olive green crelly base with gold to orange flakes, green to purple flakes and black metallic flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Inspiration: Inspired by a movie cover of ‘Werewolves Within’.

Inspiration: Inspired by battles between werewolves and humans.

Inspiration: Inspired by an eerie pic I found online of a werewolf wandering through a graveyard.

Inspiration: Wolfwalkers is my daughters and I’s FAVORITE wolfy inspired movie. It’s like the story of her and I on a journey to meet peeps like us with a detour of learning to not judge a book by its cover. If you havent seen this movie…you must as soon as possible
Description: Wolfwalkers is a clear base with orange to gold to green glitters in a variety of sizes, as well as gold flake and green glow in the dark pigment. I used 1 coat over each colored base, and 3 thin coats alone on my middle nail.

Inspiration: Inspired by Alcide from True Blood

Inspiration: Inspired by Klause from The Vampire Diaries, a werewolf/vamp hybrid.

Inspiration: Underworld Series are another favorite. I love the mix of Vampires & Lycans. The scenes with Selene and Micheal are the best. One of my favorite lines from Selene…Come and get it!!
Description: Come & Get It! is a crackle polish, and it is a blue to purple to pink multichrome with a splash of iridescent microflakes and holo. I used 1 coat over Paradox Polish Abyss.
I found thin coats gave a better crackle effect with this particular shade.

I had no application issues with any of the items I received and I did enjoy the mix of polishes! I absolutely love the crackle additions as well.
