I’ve personally had the pleasure of working with Jill since about 2012, before there was even polish in her lineup! Best Decision Ever is a blurple jelly leaning crelly base loaded with green to blue to purple to pink shifting ghost flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
