Windy City is a vibrant blue crelly base with strong pink shimmer, as well as pink to gold to green shifting flakes and silver holographic micro glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Polish Con or Bust! 2016

Polish Con or Bust! 2016 is a red-violet jelly base with blue to red shifting shimmer and silver holographic micro glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Both of these shades are beautifully done and the shimmer in them is incredible. I had no application issues, and I can see why so many were dying to get their hands on them!

Tomorrow is going to be a busy morning for Color4Nails, and I do hope everyone can get what they want!
