Last night in one of the nail groups I’m in, the lovely lady behind My Life In Polish posted a mani she did and I adored it! Hers was much nicer and had some added pizzazz to it! Keep an eye on her page – she has some gorgeous manicures she posts (you can also check her out on Facebook HERE)
For this manicure I used OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls as a base (I used 2 coats) then I did a reverse gradient of Shimmer Polish Nichole! Beautiful for a 4th of July manicure!
Shimmer Polish Nichole is a mixture of blue, red and silver holographic hex glitters and silver micro shimmer in a clear base. OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls is a great base to use! It’s white, but it isn’t a blindingly bright white. Has a little dustiness to it, but it doesn’t look dirty. To finish this off I used HK Girl Top Coat from Glisten & Glow!
And one more:
Shimmer Polish made another beauty! What I love is even with all of this glitter my nails are still smooth with just 1 coat of top coat! If you want a really “blinged out” look, you can use 2-3 coats of Nichole on it’s own, you you will have an incredibly sparkly 4th of July nails as well!
