I’m slowly going through my untried pile (which, I kid you not, consists of about 600+ polishes… I’m an impulsive buyer) and today I’m showing you piCture pOlish Whimsy which was made in collaboration with Neverland Nail Blog.

Whimsy is an incredibly vibrant sky blue creme with gold glass fleck like shimmer.  I remember wanting this one since it released, and I guess I bought it at some point.  I was searching my polish area for piCture pOlish Badass (another untried impulse buy) and found Whimsy… which I hadn’t realized I bought.  I do that a lot.

I used 2 coats and a top coat for these photos.
