Happy Sunday! It’s been a really long week, but I am finally able to get this post up. The shipping services getting a couple collections to me from Brazil to Color4Nails then onto my doorstep had many delays… and then last weekend I was all set to work on them, but Jacob was unfortunately in a car accident (everyone involved is fine! Car is not) but I am now able to type up the blog post for the Phoenix Indie Polish Light & Shadow Collection!
There’s actually 18 polishes in this collection, but one broke in transit from Phoenix Indie Polish to Color4Nails, so only 17 made it to me. These are available for preorder on the Color4Nails site now.
The Phoenix Indie Polish Light & Shadow Collection is inspired by a 90’s classic… He-Man and She-ra!

Phoenix Indie Polish | Abyss Light
Abyss Light (Scare Glow inspired) is a purple jelly base loaded with pink to golden shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Phoenix Indie Polish | Core of Steel
Core Of Steel (Roboto inspired) is a steel grey base with magnetic pigment that shifts turquoise to purple to pink base with orange green aurora shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
I used a velvet magnet on index and pinky, catseye on middle and ring nails and thumb is unmagnetized.
Phoenix Indie Polish | Dark Enchant
Dark Enchant (Evil-Lyn inspired) is a greyed out purple base with pink to purple magnetic pigment with blue iridescent micro flakies. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
I used a velvet magnet on index and pinky and catseye on middle and ring nails. Thumb is unmagnetized.

Phoenix Indie Polish | Light & Shadow Collection
All 17 of these polishes had incredible formulas, and I had no application issues. A few of them likely would have been 2 coaters, but I prefer to apply in thinner coats, so I did 3. The one that broke and is not included is Primal Instinct – if you wanted to look for that one to see the complete collection.
