Pahlish has a new collection out! Pahlish The Life Aquatic Collection released recently, and it’s a stunning assortment.
Inspired by The Life Aquatic Studio Sessions featuring Seu Jorge. This album is a collection of David Bowie songs that Jorge recorded in Portuguese for The Life Aquatic soundtrack.
Pahlish The Life Aquatic Collection is a 6 piece collection of foil flake finish shades in a variety of colors. Foils are really hit or miss for me, but these particular ones are a hit. Take a look and see why:
Team Zissou
Team Zissou is a medium turquoise foil flake polish. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Life on Mars
Life on Mars is my top pick of this collection. Life on Mars is a copper foil flake and it looked absolutely amazing on. I used 2 easy coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
If you can only snag 1 of these, I highly suggest this one.
Space Oddity
Space Oddity is an iced violet foil flake. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Rebel Rebel
Rebel Rebel had the top spot for this collection until I put on Life On Mars. I still recommend it, which is saying a lot since I’m not usually a fan of green shades.
Rebel Rebel is a medium olive foil flake. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Lady Stardust
Lady Stardust is an amethyst purple foil flake. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
I really loved how rich this shade was, and it safely lands at my third pick for this collection.
Quicksand
Quicksand is the final shade in this collection, and it’s a lovely rose pink foil flake. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Pahlish The Life Aquatic Collection Overview
I really liked these foil flakes. They don’t have the typical streaks that traditional foils have, and they applied really nicely. The colors were rich, and the flakes gave off nice sparks of color throughout.
My top picks: Life On Mars, Rebel Rebel & Lady Stardust
Price: $11.00 Each
