Next up I’m going to be sharing the Night Owl Lacquer Potion Ingredients Vol 3 Collection, Creme of the Quarter and 6 Year Anniversary LE shade!
This is the 3rd installment of the Potion Ingredients collection, and if you want to look back – I have Vol 1 and Vol 2 on my blog as well!
So this time we have Volume 3 for the Potion Ingredients, the 3rd Creme of the Quarter for 2022 (and it’s a good prugly shade!) as well as the 6th Anniversary Polish which will only be stocked until November 13th, and after that will depend on until it runs out basically. But once it runs out – it’s done.
All of these will be releasing on September 24th at 6pm MT – so be ready! Let’s jump on in.
Night Owl Lacquer | Fang of a Gargoyle
Fang of a Gargoyle is a pale grey crelly base loaded with black to red to copper micro flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Night Owl Lacquer | Slime of the Swamp (Glow In The Dark)
Slime of the Swamp is a murky green crelly base loaded with green to red to gold shifting shimmer and it glows green in the dark. I sued 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
The GITD pigment is heavy and tends to sink – so be sure to give the bottle a good shake before using.
Night Owl Lacquer | Feather of a Crow
Feather of a Crow is a clear base packed with blue to purple to burgundy to red multichrome flakes, black flakes and charcoal metallic micro flakes. I used 3 thin coats, a coat of glitter smoothing topper and a glossy top coat for a glassy finish.
This will dry with texture and I used Vapid Smooth AF to fill in the crevices – but if you don’t have a smoother, then 2 coats of top coat should work fine.
Night Owl Lacquer | Skin of a Gourd
Skin of a Gourd is a pumpkin orange jelly base loaded with large particle orange to gold to green shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy to coat for these photos.
Night Owl Lacquer | Mist of the Moors
Mist of the Moors is a deep indigo jelly base loaded with aqua to blue to violet large particle shimmer and silver holo flecks. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Night Owl Lacquer | Cap of a Toadstool
Cap of a Toadstool is a clear base loaded with red metallic flakes and microflakes, as well as matte white glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Depending on the thickness of your coats, you may need 2 coats of top coat or a glitter smoother.
Night Owl Lacquer | Olive for Mustard
Olive for Mustard is basically a mustard yellow leaning olive green (or an olive leaning mustard yellow?) Look, if an olive and some French’s had a baby – it would be this.
I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Night Owl Lacquer | Enchanting Night (6 Year Anniversary LE)
Enchanting Night is a violet leaning burgundy multichrome with a subtle blue to violet to red shift with linear holo dust. i used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
