Nicole by OPI Lay It On The Lime

First off – this shade was insanely difficult for me to photograph.  Nicole by OPI Lay It On The Lime is a bright yellow leaning lime green.  The true shade is just a touch greener than I could get my camera to pick up.  Insanely gorgeous and bright.  I used 3 thin coats for these photos.

Nicole by OPI LeaPink For Joy

Nicole by OPI LeaPink for Joy is a vibrant, bright pink.  I used 3 thin coats for these photos, and the first 2 coats looked slightly patchy, but the third evened it out nicely.

Nicole by OPI The Coral Of The Story

Nicole by OPI The Coral Of The Story is a bright, orange toned coral creme.  Perfect pedicure color for Summer!  I used 3 thin coats for these photos.

Nicole by OPI Shaved Nice

Nicole by OPI Shaved Nice is a gorgeous glittery top coat.  I used it on it’s own and honestly love the effect – but it can also be layered over other shades.  Shaved Nice is a mix of small white and silver micro glitters mixed with a small amount of multi colored hex glitters.  I used 3 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos, but as I said, you can also use just 1 or 2 coats over other shades to give them a little flair.

Overview

I find this to be a small but fun Summer collection.  The shades are really vibrant and bright, but are not neon.  Shaved Nice is my favorite (I love glitters!) but all 4 shades are gorgeous and completely wearable for Summer.

Nicole by OPI formulas are long-lasting, fast-drying, and salon-quality.  The 4 new nail lacquers will be available in stores beginning June 2014 for $7.99 each at retailers including select Fred Meyer, CVS, Duane Reade, H-E-B, Ulta, Harmon, Kmart locations. In Canada, these shades will be available for $10.99 each at select Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart and Target Canada.

I saw these at HEB today and picked up all four. I fell for that pretty green one first though. I couldn't really tell what the glitter was going to look like but I grabbed it anyway. I have learned when I see something I like don't try to go home and think about it and go back later to get it. I've come home empty handed and disappointed too many times by doing that. I love your swatches. Especially that glitter. How pretty.
