My Last Post of 2013 – Happy New Year!

It’s almost New Years here… we have 2.5 hours to go.  This is my last post of 2013 and at the last minute tonight I decided to do a New Years Eve mani!

I don’t have artistic skills or any super snazzy New Years Eve designs, so I decided to use my new Vivid Lacquer stamping plate!

I used a base of Mentality Tempest and stamped over Tempest with Color Club Angel Kiss!

Here it is under artificial lighting.

Love this combination! Really neat effect with the holo over Tempest -- one of my favorite colors & polishes.
