I’m very excited to show you the Milani Lip Intense Liquid Color shades!  While I love a lot of my high end cosmetics, I still scour the drugstores for diamonds.  Milani has been a drugstore brand I check out every time I’m in the cosmetic section.  Most of their items preform better for me than items that cost 3-5x the amount!

Right now Milani Lip Intense Liquid Colors are available in 4 shades, and I REALLY hope they expand this line.  All 4 shades offer vibrant, long lasting color.  Each shade comes in a rounded flat tube with a doe foot applicator (much like a lot of lip glosses).  Each one glides on like a super creamy lipstick but over the course of maybe 2 hours they dry down to an almost matte finish and hang onto your lips.

Here are the 4 shades swatched on my arm.  I have fairly pigmented lips, so I wanted to show you swatches on a “not very pigmented surface”.

I’m apologizing for the lip swatches ahead of time, I chew on my lips and they have been beat up pretty bad, but I wanted to show these on lips.

Red Extreme

Red Extreme is a gorgeous vibrant RED!  I love red lip colors, and this one is absolutely perfect.

Violet Addict

My favorite of the 4.  Violet Addict is a vibrant pinky violet.  I have 2 backups of this shade.

Fiery Coral

Fiery Coral is a vibrant pinky coral (but leans more to the pink family).

Pink Rave

Pink Rave was my second favorite.  Pink Rave is a fuchsia pink.

Overview

I have several of the new Milani lip items to show you in the next week or so.  The Lip Intense Liquid Color shades were definitely my hands down favorite in the group, and I’m really REALLY hoping Milani expands on this line.  Every time I wear these shades, I use the Milani Anti Feathering Lip Liner (only $4.49).  This is a clear lip liner so it can be used with ANY lip color.  Seriously – pick a couple up, you will love them.  They work well with all of the new Milani lip items.  Wear time is approximately 7 hours on me for each shade.

I would really love to try Fiery Coral for everyday, and play with Red Extreme when I'm feeling brave. I recently received Violet Addict in the Your Best Pout giveaway via Milani, and it really is gorgeous. It would also be worth mentioning that their clear lipliner is ahhmazing. It goes on silky and creamy, no dragging, and my lips are still fairly stained after ~8 hours!
