Milani Constellation Gel Eye Liners are brand new and popping up at your local Walgreens and CVS stores! These are limited edition and selling out FAST! One of my Walgreens told me they were wiped out within 5 minutes of setting the display up… that’s crazy!
Milani Constellation Gel Eye Liners are part of a small Fall 2014 Bedazzled Collection which also includes 3 lipsticks and 3 nail lacquers (I will have all 3 nail lacquers to show you soon!)
While I love lipsticks and nail lacquers, these gel eye liners were the star of the display. They are incredibly pretty and priced well.
Let’s take a look!
Starting from top left: Enchanted Black Opal, Enchanted Emerald & Enchanted Lapis
So you can look at them and see they are stunning. The shimmer is incredible and they were almost too pretty to use.
Left to Right: Enchanted Black Opal, Enchanted Lapis & Enchanted Emerald
Before everyone gets too excited about the shimmer, I will say that it’s just a shimmer overlay on the top of the product. The iridescent shimmer doesn’t go through the entire product, but the product underneath is still worth the money.

Here you can see in the bottom left of each eyeliner that the iridescent overlay is gone.
Enchanted Black Opal
Enchanted Black Opal is a deep charcoal gel liner with very light shimmer in it. This will be my most used of the 3, and with the overspray – it was the prettiest to me.

Enchanted Emerald
Enchanted Emerald is a deep blackened green gel eye liner with sparks of teal.

Enchanted Lapis
Enchanted lapis is a deep indigo gel eye liner.

Overview
All 3 shades are creamy, easy to apply and they stay put. I have oily lids which can cause eye liners to transfer on me, but after 8 hours of wearing Enchanted Emerald it is still staying put.
Each of these liners come with an eyeliner brush for convenience, but I still prefer to use my angled eyeliner brush. I do like that it comes with a brush for those that don’t have a large range of brushes to work with.
Pigmentation is really nice and application was smooth. I was able to apply without any “tugging” on the lid, so I got a fluid line. It isn’t a stiff gel, so if you want to use these as an eyeshadow base for smokey eyes or blend the liner out, you do have some time to work with it before it fully sets and becomes smudge proof.
Price: $6.99 Each
Where To Buy: CVS or Walgreens for a Limited Time
I am currently on the hunt for a backup set of these liners, but so far each store I’ve been to either hasn’t gotten them in yet, or got them in and sold out within the hour they went on the shelf. So if you see them, there isn’t a lot of time to think on it and come back because I honestly don’t think they will be there when you get back.
I will have the nail lacquers up for you in a day or 2. I’m still hunting down the lipsticks and if I succeed in finding them… I’ll have those posted for you too.
