Who’s ready to see some gorgeous glass fleck top coats today?  Mentality Nail Polish has a line of 16 glass fleck specialty top coats that are gorgeous sheer shades that can be worn over virtually any color to transform it into a shimmery beauty.

If you are one of those that love the sparkle but hate the removal of glitter, you may want to look into some of these!

For all of these photos I used Mentality Scoundrel (black) as a base and then 1 coat of each specialty top coat over it.

Acme

Acme is a sheer indigo top coat with purple, blue and pink glass flecks.  

Crown

Crown is a sheer purple top coat with blue, purple and copper glass flecks.

Fab

Fab is a sheer light blue top coat with turquoise and pink glass flecks.

Keen

Keen is a sheer teal top coat with turquoise and gold glass flecks.

Loft

Loft is a sheer red orange top coat with red and gold glass flecks.

Max

Max is a sheer red orange top coat with copper and gold glass flecks.

Paramount

Paramount is a sheer green top coat with gold and turquoise glass flecks.

Peak

Peak is a sheer magenta top coat with pink and copper glass flecks.

Pinnacle

Pinnacle is a sheer blue top coat with blue, purple, and turquoise glass flecks.

Stellar

Stellar is a sheer blue top coat with blue, purple, and gold glass flecks.

Overview

Aren’t they lovely?  While some shades appear to be close to one another, there are subtle differences.  I got an amazing amount of coverage in just 1 coat of each top coat and I do love the effect over black.  They are really nice for nail art as well!

I used Pinnacle in this photo for the shooting star shimmer and I really loved the way it came out!
