Happy Monday!
Today I have an amazing organizational unit to show you! While I have a ton of acrylic organizers for my cosmetics – I really didn’t have one for my jewelry. I have a fairly traditional jewelry box that I received as a gift about 14 years ago, but my jewelry can get tangled in it pretty easily.
Longstem Overdoor/Wall Jewelry Organizer helps out with that! This is a jewelry organizer that can be hung on the back of a door OR mounted to a wall (depending on space and available room) I hung it on the door, but it does come with absolutely everything you need to wall mount it as well.
It shows up in a few pieces, but it was so easy to put together, I didn’t even need instructions. It’s simple, quick and pretty self explanatory.
Now I apologize if some photos are off center. I am vertically challenged and actually needed Nick’s help (he’s 6’2″ish) to actually hang it on the door because I was too lazy to grab my step stool.
Lets take a look!
Here is the overall organizer on the door. It’s fairly large and can hold a TON of jewelry. The measurements of the unit are 20.5″ x 29.6″ x 3.6″. I selected a white organizer but it is also available in bronze and black. It has a decent weight to it, so it doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap at all.
The door hangers fit nice and snug on the door so they don’t move around at all. We did have a little trouble getting the door closed all the way and had to move it initially to find where it would latch without much force, so be sure to do that if you are having some problems with door closure.
One feature I really liked about this jewelry organizer is the “catch all” tray. This is for small, non hanging items like loose pendants and rings or chunky bracelets. There are 6 shallow trays for these items. The tray is sitting on top of a rectangle holder that’s great for earrings, both posts and hooks. Again, this will hold a TON.
The bottom sets of hooks is perfect for chunkier jewelry or longer necklaces. You can hang them on both the inner hooks as well as the very bottom hanging ones. They hang in different directions to easily add or remove pieces to wear.
The top set of hooks is good for shorter necklaces, more delicate pieces as well as bracelets.
Each jewelry organizer is made of heavy duty, powder coated steel – so like i said, this certainly isn’t flimsy and won’t move around too much at all. If you have a door that is constantly being open and closed, the organizer also comes with a bracket to mount the unit in the center to the door itself on top of being hung, just to keep it in place. Our door is actually hollow, so this option isn’t good for our door.
I mentioned earlier that there are brackets to hang this on a wall as well. So if you want to hang this unit somewhere else, all hardware to do so is included, with instructions on how to do so (but they really simplified it and I would be willing to bet money that you can figure it out without the instructions)

Jewelry not really your thing and want organization for items like keys, phones, belts and other odds and ends? Longstem also has wall and door racks for those needs as well! They also carry smaller options (some with shapes!) for smaller jewelry collections, or that would be great for kids.
I would definitely recommend this storage unit. It takes up very little space considering the options of where to place it, can hold a ton of items and is sturdy!
