Literary Lacquers has a few new shades coming tomorrow! I have the Literary Lacquers Othello Duo, Lovers Duo & Long May She Reign to show you on my blog today!

Within this launch there are 2 duos and a stand alone shade. I’ll start with the duos!

Othello Duo

The Othello Duo consists of 2 gorgeous creme shades that are simply amazing.

Desdemona’s Handkerchief

Desdemona’s Handkerchief is an aqua creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

If Thou Hast Eyes To See

If Thou Hast Eyes To See is a vibrant seafoam green creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Lovers Duo

The Lovers Duo brings us Louis and Lestat! Interview With A Vampire is one of my favorites, and I remember watching it over and over when I was younger, so I was excited to see this duo!

Louis

Louis is a clear base with black and green glitters, as well as small holographic glitters in green, blue and black mixed in. I used 1 coat over Desdemona’s Handkerchief for these photos.

Lestat

Lestat is a metallic lilac linear holographic. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Because of the metallic nature, there are slightly visibly brush strokes.

Long May She Reign

While I loved the Lovers Duo and the Othello Duo, this baby is my favorite of the 5 polishes I received!

Long May She Reign is a Game Of Thrones inspired shade (inspired by Cersei’s revenge) and it is a lime green jelly base with small and micro sized gold holographic glitters mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Literary Lacquers Othello Duo, Lovers Duo & Long May She Reign Overview

All 5 of these shades are beautifully done. The colors are vibrant and application was good. My favorites from the 5 are Long May She Reign and the Othello Duo. I really like the Lovers Duo, but those cremes are too pretty to be knocked out of my top picks.
