Sparkling Snow Collection

You might have seen a new-to-me brand in my PPU posts this year, and tonight I have the first collection of theirs on my blog to share! This is the Krisable Designs Sparkling Snow Collection!

The Sparkling Snow Collection is a 4 piece shimmer packed quad with mostly vibrant bases. These feel like good Winter to Spring transition shades and it was the first thing I thought of when I was swatching them.

As I said – this is a new-to-me brand, but they aren’t brand new. To be in Polish Pickup you do have to be at least 1 year old, so this isn’t their debut set.

This set just released a week ago so you can grab them now, the shop link and social media to check out more swatches will be at the bottom of this post.

Ready to take a look?

Krisable Designs | Frosted

Frosted is a vibrant lapis blue jelly base with blue to green shifting shimmer and silver holographic microglitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Krisable Designs | Flurry

Flurry is a vibrant eggplant purple jelly base with gold to green to purple to blue shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is my top pick of the set.

Krisable Designs | Frigid

Frigid is a pink leaning coral jelly base loaded with gold shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is the sheerest of the 4 shades – and if you have a strong visible nail line, it’s possible your nail will show through. This polish does rely on the strong shimmer to give the illusion of opacity.

Krisable Designs | Freezing

Freezing is a medium-deep grey crelly base with gold to green shifting shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is my second pick of the collection. I love grey polishes and the shimmer in it really pops.

Krisable Designs | Sparkling Snow Collection

For my first collection experience with Krisable Designs – this was a good one. The formulas were easy to work with and it didn’t feel like the base colors and finishes were fighting to overpower each other… if that makes sense. They had a nice balance so the polish as a whole looks visually pleasing rather than “Oh look at the shimmer!” or “Oh look at the base color!” … you can step back and appreciate the entire polish as a whole.

As I said – these are available now for purchase. My top picks are Flurry and Freezing.

Price: $56.00 CAD Full Collection (approx. $45.00 USD) | $14.50 CAD Each (approx. $12.00 USD)
