KBShimmer 2013 Fall Collection Swatches and Review

A new season is upon us and that means KBShimmer is setting up to release ANOTHER fabulous collection!

I’ve worn all of these colors already (and it was killing me not to Instagram them!) and they are all exactly what you would expect from KBShimmer as far as quality!  I had no application issues with any of the polishes in this collection!

Let’s get started!

Turbulence

I’m going to start this off with one of the 2 mattes in the collection!  Turbulence is a satin matte finish slate gray with silver flakes alongside blue and fuchsia micro shimmer.  The slate gray base was inspired by storm clouds while the flakes and shimmer are inspired by lightning and rain!  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Not everyone is a matte fan.  I know.  So here is Turbulence with a top coat..

Every Nook & Cranberry

One of my favorites from the collection!  Every Nook & Cranberry is a cranberry satin matte polish with pink and gold shimmer.  I used 3 coats for this photo.  I could have done just 2, but I loved the added shimmer and 3rd coat gave me!

Excuse Me, I Blurpled

Best. Polish. Name. Ever.

Excuse Me, I Blurpled is a blurple (not really blue, but not really purple) jelly base with purple, blue and copper hex glitters in different sizes.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Teal Another Tail:

This is my hands down favorite of the collection.  I loved it in the bottle, and it’s just as gorgeous on the nail!  Because of this, I will be subjecting you to multiple shots of it.  You are welcome.

Teal Another Tail is a dusty green polish with a strong pinkish bronzey duochrome shimmer.  It reminds Christy (KBShimmer creator) of what a mermaids tail would be!  I used 2 coats for this photo and a glossy top coat.

You Go Ghoul!

You Go Ghoul! is a black jelly base with grape, berry and orange glitter.  I used 3 coats for this photo and a glossy top coat!

You Autumn Know

You Autumn Know was inspired by the first snow of the year!  It has a white crelly base with fuchsia, gold and orange hex and micro bar glitter mixed in.  I used 3 coats for this photo.

Vicious Circles

Lastly we have Vicious Circles which is a blood red jelly base full of silver holographic circles, hexes and micro slices.  I used 3 coats for this photo and a glossy top coat!  Another gorgeous shade!
