Indigo Bananas Swatches & Review

Press Sample

I have a large assortment of Indigo Bananas shades to share with you tonight. I got an amazing package with 13 shades from various collections to share with my readers and I’m sure there’s a little something for everyone within this post.

2% Butterscotch Ripple

2% Butterscotch Ripple is a gorgeous reddish plum jelly base with colorshifting glitters mixed in.  This is the perfect Fall! I used 3 thin coats for these photos and a glossy top coat.

Accretion Disk Holo

Accretion Disk is available in 2 forms, holo and non holo.  This is the holo version. This is a copper to green color shifting flakie polish with holo mixed in.  I used 2 coats for full coverage in these photos and a glossy top coat.

Bridal Veil

Bridal Veil is a gorgeous shade! This is a clear base PACKED with small silver flakies and has holo mixed in. You can use 1 coat over another shades for some silver flakie and holo or do what I did and use 3 thin coats for full coverage.

Earth, Wind and Fire

Earth, Wind and Fire is a fun top coat! This is a linear holographic base with a crystal flakie mix that shifts from gold to copper to green to purple. I used 1 coat over Zinc Industries (which you’ll see later in this post!)

Electric Unicorns

Electric Unicorns is a gorgeous lavender base with blue to green duochrome glass flakies mixed in. I used 2 coats for these photos.

Fiery The Angels Fell

Fiery The Angels Fell is a coral red crelly base with goldish red duochrome glass flecks mixed in.  I used 3 thin coats for these photos.

Hot Ice Creams For Cold Days

Hot Ice Creams For Cold Days is a gorgeous fuchsia pink linear holographic with a mix of holographic hex glitters mixed in.  I used 3 thin coats for these photos and a glossy top coat.

Immortal Game

Immortal Game is a gorgeous turquoise crelly base with pink to violet duochrome flakies mixed in.  I used 2 coats for these photos.

Jacaranda

Jacaranda is a light lavender with gorgeous silvery pink glass flecks mixed in. I used 2 coats for these photos.

Maui Wowee

Maui Wowee is my favorite of them all! This is a gorgeous aqua to blue to purple multichrome base with linear holographic effects.  I used 2 coats for these photos and a glossy top coat.

The Land Of The Green Ginger

The Land Of The Green Ginger is a vibrant mint crelly base with gold and silver glass fleck shimmer mixed in.  I used 3 thin coats for these photos and a glossy top coat.

Wise Up Janet

Wise Up Janet is a lilac linear holographic.  I used 2 coats for these photos and a glossy top coat.

Zinc Industries

Zinc Industries is a neon magenta creme.  I used 2 coats for these photos.  This naturally dries to a satin finish, so I will also show it with and without top coat.  Above is without top coat and the next set of photos will be with top coat.

Overview

It’s been awhile since I’ve used Indigo Bananas shades (I had several minis previously – but I’ve long used them up!) and they are just as good as I remember.  My #1 pick is definitely Maui Wowee, but Immortal Game, Jacaranda, The Land Of The Green Ginger and Electric Unicorns are must haves for me as well!

Price: $10.00 – $12.00 Each For Full Size
