I get excited for Polish & Beauty Expo every single year! Jill has been putting out some bangers for this month (did you see the Caticorns Quad?!)
The two shades in this post are set to be PBE exclusives, however – any overpour will be available on the Glisten & Glow site on July 19th at 6pm (along with the Caticorns Quad!)

Devouring Deep Dish is a cool red jelly base loaded with larger particle shimmer that shifts yellow to green to blue. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
