Glam Polish Limited Edition Wonderland Collection Swatches & Review | Wintuk, Eight Below, Ice Age, Glacier Bay, Frostbite & Whiteout

Press Sample

After a whirlwind couple of weeks of swatching and posting for Black Friday festivities, I decided to take a couple days off this week and relax. My hands and head needed a quick recharge period, but I’m back and have a great post lined up for you today! My cuticles are still suffering a bit, but since I don’t really have the time or the talent to photoshop out imperfections, you get to see those too. Sorry!

Glam Polish has some new pretties releasing tomorrow and I have 6 of the 9 Limited Edition Wonderland shades to share with you. This collection will be available in very limited quantities. I’m hoping to be able to snag the 3 shades I’m missing from this collection as well.

Eight Below

Eight Below is a lavender holo with micro glitter and silver flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Wintuk

Wintuk is a light pink holo with micro glitter and silver flakes mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Glacier Bay

Glacier Bay is a slightly minty aqua holo with micro glitter and silver flakies. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ice Age

Ice Age is a favorite of mine from this collection! This is a silver holographic base with silver holo shreds shades of pink, purple, blue microglitter. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Frostbite

Frostbite is another shade I was drawn to for this collection!  Frostbite has a silver holographic base with silver holo shreds and shades of bright, medium and light blue microglitter. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

White Out

Whiteout is a silver holographic base with sterling silver microflakies, holographic and icy blue microglitter. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Glam Polish Limited Edition Wonderland Collection Overview

This is such a pretty collection and I am really wanting the other 3 to complete it! My favorites are the sparklier ones like Whiteout, Frostbite and Ice Age, but I also like the mellowness of the creme holos with the silver flakes and the 3 shades I have will look beautiful from Winter all the way into Spring (especially Glacier Bay!) The formulas were nice on these – Glacier Bay, Eight Below and Wintuk were incredibly smooth and easy to apply. Ice Age, Frostbite and Whiteout are glitter packed, so you might need 2 coats of top coat to completely smooth out since there is some texture to the polish.

Here are names and descriptions of the 3 shades I’m missing:

Flurry up! – Peach holo with micro glitter and silver flakies.
Wind Chill – Light blue holo with micro glitter and silver flakies.
Snowflake – Holographic base with sterling silver microflakies, holographic pink and light pink microglitter.

I like that these aren't just for one season. I can see wearing some like the pink through summer.
