Have you started on at home facial peels yet? I used my first at home facial peel a little over a year ago and have pretty much been hooked ever since. I don’t do them every week, but because of my skin type I prefer to do them every other week on my “personal spa days”. The newest facial peel I tried? Forever Flawless!
First off, the packaging is nice. It arrived in a sturdy flip top white box with silver detail and writing, and inside of the box there was a nice white satiny feeling fabric. The Forever Flawless Facial Peel jar was nestled in the white fabric along with a clear acrylic scoop. I’m not a huge fan of jar style containers, but I do love when a company provides a scoop of some sort so you don’t have to go find your own.
Forever Flawless Facial Peel is an extremely gentle and easy to use to peel in comparison to some other face peels I’ve used in the past. I can feel it working and my skin feels super soft after I’ve removed it.
I used as directed by Forever Flawless and only applied a small amount in a thin layer to my freshly cleansed skin. Then I massaged it into my skin in small, circular motions until the desired exfoliation was achieved. My skin felt a little tender directly after the peel but I have found that to be fairly normal. Once I rinse off and pat dry, I apply a thin layer of moisturizer to my skin.
Overall, I do like this facial peel and as I said, I find it a little gentler than peels I have used in the past. It has a light citrus scent to it, which I find pleasant. A few peels I’ve used had more of a medicine like smell to it instead of refreshing citrus.
Price: $179.00

Would I recommend Forever Flawless Facial Peel? Yes and No. Did it work? Yes. My skin felt good after. Did it work better than some peels or exfoliators I’ve used for a lot less? Not really. I do find $179 to be rather spendy for what I achieved with the product and I liked it, but didn’t find it to be anything particularly special. I’m very torn on it. I can’t say the product was bad by any means. It just didn’t have a wow factor to go along with the price tag (for me at least)
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
