I have a beautiful trio from Dollish Polish to share with you tonight! This is The Dark Crystal Trio and it’s limited edition and set to release on Monday, August 3rd!

I watched this movie so many freaking times when I was younger and loved it. Easily one of my top 10 favorites of all time, and I felt this trio did the movie justice!

The Crystal Of Truth is an amethyst duochrome that flashes from aqua to fuchsia and is packed with micro glitters and ultra chrome flakes in fuchsia, indigo, amethyst, emerald, gold and bronze. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I’m a huge fan of fun top coats, and this is a gorgeous one! The Great Conjunction is an iridescent topper with a duochrome base that flashes from blue to green. It contains rainbow crystal ultra chrome flakes, micro iridescent flakes and iridescent glitters. I used just 1 coat over a black base and loved the outcome.

The Prophecy Of Jen

The final shade in the trio is The Prophecy of Jen! This is a bronze duochrome that flashes pink to green and is packed with micro glitters and ultra chrome flakes in shades of green, olive, bronze, copper, gold and indigo. I cannot wait to wear this more in the Fall! I used 2 easy coats for these photos.

Such a beautiful and fun trio for a movie that brings back so many awesome childhood memories! All 3 had great application, but my top pick was definitely The Great Conjunction and I plan on layering it over tons of colors!

What a fun trio of polishes! I'll admit that I wasn't able to get through the whole movie when I tried to watch it. I'll try again though as I've fallen in love with many movies that I hated the first time.
