Teal The End Of Time Reveal

Today is my day to reveal my contribution with Firecracker Lacquer for The Color Box Teal reveal! My polish is named Teal The End Of Time. I got to work with Firecracker Lacquer, which was a fairly new-to-me maker. She and I both have fairly hectic schedules, but we made this work – and I’m happy with the result!

Originally, this was the photo I submitted for inspiration

But the final product was much darker, and actually looked more like my second choice (which I hadn’t shared with Firecracker Lacquer, it was pure coincidence.)

Let’s look at the polish on.

Teal The End Of Time

My shade is a dark, heavily blue leaning teal jelly with pink shimmer flecks and a scattered holographic effect. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

In person, you can see the teal a bit better, but teals and blurples have always been difficult for me to photograph!

Although it wasn’t my original inspiration photo, I’m quite happy with the shade Kendahl from Firecracker Lacquer created. Application was smooth and I love that the pink shimmer and scattered holo are perfectly balanced.
