Celestial Cosmetics Swatches and Review

Are you all ready for some phenomenal shades?  I was blown away by these polishes and got a good chuckle out of some of the names!

Celestial Cosmetics is an Australian based indie brand, and I’m shocked I don’t see them around more.  One shade in particular blew me away!

Take a look!

Liquid Lawn

Liquid Lawn is a deep green jelly base with green hex and dot glitters.  I used 3 coats for this photo.

Mercury Rising

Mercury Rising is a metallicy silver shimmer base with periwinkle microglitter throughout.  I used 2 coats for this photo

Santa’s Blue Balls

Ok so the name of this did make me giggle, but I have that type of a sense of humor.  The color though – HOLY CRAP.  This is a gorgeous cobalt blue holographic.  The blue is just mind blowing and looks even better in person.  I used 2 coats for this photo.  I also forgot to use a basecoat and expected smurf nails to come of it, but nope!  No staining left behind!

Mrs Claus’ Jugs

Mrs Claus’ Jugs is a golden green linear holographic.  I love this one as well.  It’s a stunning shade and the formula was spot on!  I used 2 coats for this photo

Noel’s Nuts

Noel’s Nuts is a purple holographic shade.  I used 2 coats for this photo, and again – love the polish and the formula!

Reaper Crew

Reaper Crew is a black linear holographic.  I adore this shade!  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Men of Mayhem

Men of Mayhem is another one that blew me away.  Absolutely stunning in any light!  This is part of the Sons of Anarchy Collection by Celestial Cosmetics.  It is a deep fuchsia leaning red linear holographic.  I sued 2 coats for this photo.

Overview

All 7 of these shades are just phenomenal.  I had no application issues, and the polishes are just… perfect.  The holographics definitely excelled (but I am a holo fanatic) and if you haven’t tried Celestial Cosmetics yet…. you need to!

My Top Picks:  Men of Mayhem, Santa’s Blue Balls, Noels Nuts and Mrs Claus’ Jugs

Price:  Ranges between $7.50 – $8.20

Where to Buy: Celestial Cosmetics Website

Top Coat Used: HK Girl by Glisten & Glow (also available on the Celestial Cosmetics Website)

Have you tried Celestial Cosmetics?  What are your thoughts?
