Celestial Cosmetics creates some incredibly stunning holographic shades, and today I have 4 of their limited edition monthly shades to show you! Color4Nails sent June, July, August and September 2014 for me to review and as always, application and pigmentation were top notch with these beauties.

June 2014

June 2014 is a beautiful pink linear holographic.  I used 2 coats for these photos.

July 2014

July 2014 made my heart pitter patter!  This is a blue toned purple holographic.  I used 2 coats for these photos.

August 2014

August 2014 is a soft periwinkle holographic.  I used 2 coats for these photos.

September 2014

September 2014 is a beautiful teal green linear holographic.  I used 2 coats for these photos.

Overview

This isn’t my first experience with Celestial Cosmetics, and it certainly won’t be my last.  All 4 of these shades are beautiful and I love monthly shades.  My favorites are July and September, but all 4 will get a lot of use from me.

Very pretty collection! I love the teal one best, but then I always love the teals and aquas. Lisa, what characterizes a "holographic" polish? Is a holo different from a glitter polish when it has stuff in it but it doesn't sparkle? I'm still trying to learn the polish lingo

Holographic is the rainbow effect in the shimmer or glitter :). If you see an arch or lines within the rainbow effect, then it's a linear holo. If there are just rainbow sparkles all over, its a scattered holo.

I swear, Celestial makes the prettiest holos! Today I'm really feeling August. lol. Celestial seems to love their teals-- how does September match up to Ocean Mist and Inception?
