Butter London The Black Knight over Zoya Casey

I was so excited at work when I finally got my first Lynnderella polish in the mail and I was all set to do a review on it… but when I got home, I had a package from a lovely woman who follows my blog sitting there waiting for me.  I expected it to only be a Stila Smudge Stick – but she also sent me my first Butter London nail polish in The Black Knight and I HAD to use it for my manicure tonight!  Not only is this polish gorgeous, I am so touched that this was sent to me as a gift <3

I picked Zoya Casey as my base color.  I was so excited to put The Black Knight on, I did not get a picture of Casey.  But let me tell you, Casey is a gorgeous vampy blackened red-purple cream polish.  Casey was completely opaque in 2 coats and my nails were ready for The Black Knight.

Butter London The Black Knight has a gorgeous sparkly effect!  The Black Knight contains black, pink, blue and silver glitter suspended in a sheer black base.  I only put one coat of The Black Knight over Zoya Casey and it is absolutely PACKED with glitter – it’s gorgeous!   The Black Knight glided on my nails and smoothed out.  No streaks or gloppy parts at all!  Photos just do not to this polish justice.
