Late night post, but you all are still awake with me… right? I have week 14 of The Road To Polish Con to share, and first up is Blush Lacquers Wonder Wheel!

Blush Lacquers is a fairly new brand, and I actually have 7 more shades of theirs to share with you a bit later this week. I had some grand plans of getting about 6 posts done this weekend, but I worked yesterday (6th day this week) so today I took my son out for some Spring clothing shopping and other fun shenanigans, so posting was on the back burner. While I love blogging, I love my son more and he came first. He’s off to his dads for the next few days, so I have plenty of time to make up those posts then.

Week 14 brings us Blush Lacquers and Fleur de Lis shades, and I’ll have the Fleur de Lis post up soon. Both brands are actually fairly new to the indie scene so I was excited to work with both of these brands for The Road to Polish Con!

Ok so Blush Lacquers… let’s take a look!

Blush Lacquers Wonder Wheel

Wonder Wheel is a medium bright blue with pink microflakes, gold microflakes, and silver holographic flakes mixed in. The pink shimmer shift from the pink microflakes were shy for the camera, but in person it’s much more obvious.

I used 2 easy coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. If you use a thin top coat, you might have to double up. While this shade isn’t super textured, the flakes can add a little bit of texture. A thicker top coat will only need 1 coat though (like Seche, KBShimmer or Girly Bits top coat)
