BLUSH Lacquers has a new shimmery collection releasing on July 28th, and I have it to show you tonight! This is the BLUSH Lacquers Beach Hunny Collection!

The BLUSH Lacquers Beach Hunny Collection is a 5 piece collection with mellow base colors and pops of shimmer to make them come alive. It is inspired by vintage swimwear and hot summer days at the beach with the radio on. Each polish has a light touch of holo added to it that is reminiscent of glistening beach waves to go along with the pop of shimmer.

This set will also be available on the Girly Bits website, same date and time release. Just check the bottom of the post!

Banana Boat Float

Banana Boat Float is a light butter yellow creme with a pale aqua shimmer and a light sprinkling of holo added in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

My Beach Umbrella-ella-ella

My Beach Umbrella-ella-ella is a medium periwinkle blue base with pinkish violet shimmer and a light sprinkling of holo added in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Surfboard

Surfboard is my favorite of the 5 shades. This is a lighter teal base packed with green shimmer and a light sprinkling of holo. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Teeny Weeny Pink Bikini

Teeny Weeny Pink Bikini is a medium Barbie pink base with shifting shimmer mixed in that goes from red to purple to blue, and has a light sprinkling of holo. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Vintage Vinyl

The 5th and final shade is Vintage Vinyl. This is the softest shade in the collection, and another favorite for me! Vintage Vinyl is a soft baby pink base with red to green shifting shimmer and a light sprinkling of holo. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The shifting shimmer was harder to catch, but if you look below where the light hits my nail, the upper light you see more of the reddish pink shimmer, but the lower light source shows more green shimmer.

BLUSH Lacquers Beach Hunny Collection Overview

Another gorgeous collection from BLUSH Lacquers! I found all of these applied really nicely in 2 coats, and the only one needing 3 thin coats was Vintage Vinyl. The shimmer on all 5 is much more obvious in person and really brings the base color to life. There is a touch of holo in each shade, but they are in there to kind of compliment the shades, but they aren’t super obvious. The stars of the show are definitely the base color and the shimmer.
