So far this holiday season, we covered most of our shopping at our local Best Buy in Pleasant Hill California. We’ve been going here for YEARS and we quickly noticed that they recently revamped the store! Best Buy has made a number of enhancements to its Pleasant Hill store in time for the holiday shopping season. The company spent $10 million dollars over the summer remodeling all 21 San Francisco stores. Each store has been refreshed with new fixtures and finishes, including new paint and lighting as well as updated carpeting and bathrooms.
There are also some new shopping areas!
The Pleasant Hill store in particular now features one of eight San Francisco Pacific Kitchen & Home stores where you can get premium brands like Wolf, Viking, Miele and Bosch. They even have a Pacific Sales representative to design an entire space!
I’m use to walking in and seeing row after row of basic appliances, but the new setup is really nice and has a MUCH larger variety now!
Our favorite though? The home theater section!
The home theater sections have been remodeled to highlight new TV technology like 4K and UHD displays. As soon as we walked in, the employees in the home theater department greeted us and walked us through the rooms they had set up, and we even walked out with a new 4K TV and an audio rack!
While we’ve always enjoyed our Best Buy visits, the new sections were really nice to see! It was obvious that upgrades were done and although the Pleasant Hill store has been around for awhile, it looked like it was new! The representatives they had on hand were extremely helpful and knowledgeable which made for a more enjoyable shopping experience.
Best Buy Community Commitment
Since 1995, Best Buy has invested nearly $300 million in our communities. They focus their giving on programs that leverage technology to inspire and engage teens and help them prepare for college and careers. Inn the San Francisco Bay area, they’ve partnered with many organizations that help to bridge the gap in digital literacy and help teens develop 21st century skills to prepare for the future.
Another good reason to support Best Buy!
