I recently had the opportunity to review Advanced Mineral Makeup Perfecting Concealer and it’s really amazing!  I was absolutely STUNNED when I first tried it and immediately put away my normal go-to concealer.

Usually when I read all of the things companies claim about their products, I am skeptical.  It’s normal to be skeptical!  I’ve used concealers from drug stores all the way up to high end that made claims that I just didn’t see… but Advanced Mineral Perfecting Concealer lived up to its claims for me.

My Thoughts

I’ve been using it now for about 2 weeks.  What do I need concealer for the most?  Under my eyes.  I have slight puffiness and dark circles a lot because I always get my second wind around 9pm and stay up WAY later than I should considering I have to get up around 5:30-6am for work.  I usually don’t fall asleep until at least 1am.  I’ve been using Advanced Mineral Perfecting Concealer under my eyes and on unsightly blemishes that happen to make an appearance on occasion and it does an amazing job concealing without looking like I smeared a ton on.  Ever notice that when you try to conceal something with products, it tends to just draw more attention to it?  Sucks, doesn’t it?

I posted this photo for a different post I did, but I used Advanced Mineral Perfecting Concealer in this photo.  My skin looks amazing, dark circles are gone and my skin looks even toned.

Advanced Mineral Perfecting Concealer comes in a 6 ml tube and is incredibly pigmented and creamy, so you only need a little bit to get the coverage you want.  It blended in nicely with my regular CC Cream and powder as well (although now that I tried this, I want to try Advanced Mineral Makeup Foundation and Compact Powder!)

The 6 ml tube has a doe foot applicator for easy application.  The tube itself is sleek and stylish.

Overview

I will DEFINITELY be purchasing more once this tube runs out, but I have a feeling that will take awhile considering how little I have to use to get the coverage I need!  I really hope the other Advanced Mineral Makeup items I’m eyeing do just as amazing of a job as the Perfecting Concealer did, because if they do – I will be a customer for LIFE!

I remember when I first started to need concealer - I was crushed! I felt old. Now, I realize that some of us have pigmentation issues.. or stay up too late! I'm still guilty of that. Thanks for the recommendation! We all need concealer at some point! lol
