Several people asked for a comparison post between Zoya Sunshine and OPI DS Lapis, so here it is!
OPI DS Lapis is on the index and ring fingers and Zoya Sunshine is on my middle and pinkie. Texture wise Zoya Sunshine is slightly grittier and it’s also has a little more sparkle than OPI DS Lapis. The blues are slightly different. Lapis is more of a sapphire blue, while Sunshine is a navy blue.
They are different, but for some – they may be close enough to only justify buying one.
When top coat is applied, DS Lapis has a blue sparkle that really comes out. Both are gorgeous and I’m glad I have both.
Hope this comes as a help for those trying to narrow down purchases or save their bank account.

They’re really close. I just ordered the Zoya with their sale but I think I like the OPI better…I think I like sapphire better than navy. It just seems more jewel tone even though they’re both jewel tones lol.
They are close! And I completely agree :)
The difference between the two was too subtle for me to warrant needing both with the top picture, but adding top coat changed my mind!
