Zoya St. Patrick’s Day Rainbow with a Pot of Gold

I did a ton of swatching over the weekend, and when I’m all swatched out but still want to play – I generally dabble in nail art.

Last night I was going through my Zoya’s (I have nearly 140 now) and started grabbing colors to work on some St. Patrick’s Day nail art!

Zoya

The lines aren’t perfect, but I thought it was decent for my first try!

I used Zoya Gaia for the base, it’s fast becoming on of my favorite colors for a white background mainly because I love the gold shimmer throughout – adds a little extra something!

For the Rainbow I used Zoya Tamsen, Sharon, Creamy, Midori, Robyn and Mira.

For the Pot I used Zoya Dahlia (I wanted the texture to come through a bit!) and for the Gold I used Zoya Ziv!

I don’t have nail art brushes, so I dug through my makeup brushes and found a bent eyeliner brush I never use and that worked pretty well to get the lines done.  As I said – they aren’t perfect but it worked!

Hopefully I can get some more nail art done between now and St. Patrick’s Day!
