3 makers that I’m incredibly familiar with have come together to create a new monthly indie collaboration box – The Holo Hookup! As the name suggests – this is an all holographic box and each month it will have 3 constant indie makers in it – Glisten & Glow, DIFFERENT dimension and Cupcake Polish. Each month there will also be one “guest” contributor to the box and the inaugural box has Elevation Polish as it’s first guest maker!
This box also has a theme. The theme for the November box is 90’s Hip Hop! Let’s take a look at the 4 shades that will be included within this box. All ordering information will be at the bottom of the post.
DIFFERENT dimension I Wish I Was A Little Bit Taller
DIFFERENT dimension’s contribution to the November box is this gorgeous number. I Wish I Was A Little Bit Taller is a gorgeous deep, red toned purple linear holographic. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Who remembers this song? I Wish I Was A Little Bit Taller came out when I was in the 7th grade! I remember spending time at my grandparents house in Corona, CA with my cousin when this song was constantly playing on the radio. Brings back great memories!
Cupcake Polish Ice Ice Baby
Cupcake Polish brings us Ice Ice Baby which is an intense silvery mint linear holographic with silver shreds mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Ice Ice Baby is a song pretty much known by everyone at this point. Even my 9 year old knows it.
Glisten & Glow It Was All A Dream
Glisten & Glow brings us It Was All A Dream, which is an intense medium turquoise linear holographic. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
It Was All A Dream was another popular song when I was in Jr. High. Really loving the theme of this box, the names are bringing back memories!
Elevation Polish Liquid Swords
Elevation Polish is the guest maker in the November box and an amazing addition to it! Elevation Polish bring us Liquid Swords which is a medium pink creme based scattered holographic. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
The Holo Hookup November 2015 Indie Collaboration Box Overview
This is a holo lovers dream box! Love the mix of colors, holo intensity and of course the names in this box. I had no application issues with these shades. I look forward to see what this box brings us in the future as well as what other guest makers become involved! I was happy to see Elevation Polish as the first guest to participate!
