Painted Polish Fall 2015 The Cozy Collection Swatches & Review

So I had plans for this post to be up yesterday, but it’s been a busy weekend! My son had Friday off school, so I took the day off work as well. His teacher apparently gives homework on 3 day weekends, so we worked on that as well as his monthly book report. Nick and I are also doing some home improvement stuff which cuts into review time (but so worth it!) and now I have time to sit down and type this post up!

This is the Fall 2015 collection from Painted Polish named The Cozy Collection! The Cozy Collection consists of 4 full coverage microglitter shades as well as 3 cremes. I am so excited to see more cremes from Painted Polish! Her first creme debuted in her 2nd Anniversary Duo and the formula was really nice and she said she was considering making more, and I am so glad she did.

Let’s take a look at all 7 shades. We will start with the cremes and then work our way down to the microglitters.

WOODLAND WHIMSY

Woodland Whimsy

Woodland Whimsy is a dark pine green creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I took a closeup of this … but can’t find it. Not sure what I did – but luckily it’s just a creme and no fine detail to get a closer look at.

LUMBER-JACKED

Lumberjacked

Lumber-jacked is my favorite! This is a warm brown jelly base packed with brown holographic microglitters. It’s perfect for Fall – and of course it’s sold out right now on the Painted Polish website – but don’t worry! It will be restocked this coming week!

Painted Polish Fall 2015 The Cozy Collection Overview

PicMonkey Collage

This whole collection is perfect for Fall. The cremes apply beautifully and are nice, deep shades. The microglitters are phenomenal. I had no application issues and used 1 coat of Girly Bits Glitter Glaze to completely smooth out the glitters (they don’t give a very pronounced texture though, so you’d be ok using a normal top coat as well)

My top picks: Lumber-jacked, Fireside Flannel, Holo Harvest and Autumn Twilight.

Price: $10.00 Each | $65.00 Full Collection

On Friday I posted the Ghoul Power Halloween Trio that released with The Cozy Collection – so make sure you check those out as well!

What did you think of this gorgeous Fall collection? Will you be grabbing any?
