Model City Polish Christmas 2013 Collection Swatches and Review

Christmas is getting closer and closer, and tonight I have another Christmas Collection to share with you!

Model City Polish has a 7 piece collection with some stunning glittery creations, including one charity polish that benefits the Humane Society!

The Big Guy In Red

The Big Guy In Red is a rich red jelly base with red glitter and matte white hexes..  I used 3 coats for this photo and 2 coats of top coat to smooth it all out.

Sugar Cookie

Sugar Cookie is a white crelly base with red, green, and gold glitter mixed in.  I adore this shade!  I used 2 coats for this photo

Geminids

Geminids is inspired by the amazing Geminids meteor shower that always takes place mid-December.  This is a  blue jelly base with tiny blue holographic hexes and silver holographic micro bars.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Christmas Miracle

Christmas Miracle is a clear base with a soft blue shimmer and packed with matte snow white glitters and iridescent glitter in various sizes and shapes.  I used 1 coat over Glitter Gal She’ll Be Right.

Jolly Holly

Jolly Holly is pure Christmas in a bottle!  Jolly Holly is a rich green jelly base with holographic green glitter in two sizes and a splash of red circles.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

O Christmas Tree

This is a rerelease from last years collection!  O Christmas Tree is a clear base packed with green matte shards, light green shards, silver holographic micro bars, red holographic glitter, green holographic glitter, blue holographic glitter, iridescent glitter, and  gold holographic stars.  I used 1 coat of O Christmas Tree over Mentality Nail Polish Jane.

Coal

Last but not least is Coal.  Coal is a rich black jelly base with silver, charcoal, and black holographic glitter in various sizes.  $2 from every bottle sold will go into a pool and the week of Christmas Nina from Model City Polish will make a shopping trip to her local pet store to buy tons of goods for the local Humane Society.  Love polishes with special things attached to it!  I used 2 coats of Coal for this photo.

Overview

Overall, this is a gorgeous collection.  If you love glitter and are looking for the perfect Christmas glitters to dress up your nails, look no further!  Application was great with these, glitter distribution was perfect.  No fishing around or placing glitters for a nice even coat.
