It’s finally Saturday! Usually this would be an amazing thing, but this Saturday – I am at work! Only a few weeks left of tax season and I should be back to posting more reviews and playing a wee bit of catch up!
Today I have Mentality Nail Polish – The Dark Side Holos Collection to show you! This collection consists of 3 dark holo polishes that are beautiful! Because of my work schedule lately, it’s been difficult for me to get a lot of sun pictures to show off just how amazing these are, everytime I’m home the sun is hiding or simply non existent! All of these photos were taken in regular lighting, no fancy bulbs or spotlights.

Minx:
Minx is a blackened green holographic polish with gorgeous purple flecks scattered within. Very pretty! I only needed 2 coats for Minx and a glossy top coat (top coats do NOT ruin Mentality’s holo goodness!)
Siren:
Siren is a gorgeous burgundy holographic polish! Probably my favorite of the 3, but it was VERY difficult to choose a favorite! Siren applied perfectly in just 2 coats and the holo really dazzled once top coat was applied!
Vamp:
Vamp is a DEEP blue that borders on black – but isn’t quite black – holo with purple flecks scattered within! I actually still have this on and plan to wear it all day tomorrow! Really hard to get swatches done when you put on gorgeous polish after gorgeous polish and decide “I HAVE TO WEAR THIS ONE TOMORROW!” Yeah, I do that a lot… especially with Mentality Nail Polishes. I used 2 coats of Vamp and a glossy top coat.
Much like all of the other Mentality Holos I’ve tried – these are definite keepers! The application and quality is just spot on (sorry been watching a lot of Gordon Ramsay shows and it seems that phrase is sticking a bit).
Mentality has changed up their polish brushes though and I like it! They are slightly wider than before (not super wide like the Wet N Wild Megalast polishes are). They are almost in between Wet n Wild Megalast brushes and Zoya brushes. Very easy to control and smoother application overall!
