Darling Diva Polish Opal Collection Swatches and Review

by Lisa Heath

This weekend I will have 2 gorgeous Darling Diva Polish Collections to show you.  First up is the Darling Diva Polish Opal Collection!  If you are a fan of flakie polishes, then I’m sure you’ll find some must haves within this collection!

The Darling Diva Polish Opal Collection consists of 7 jelly shades packed full with flakes.  Most of these I swatched on their own, but you can also layer them over a creme base if you prefer to!

Opal

Opal

Opal is a clear base with iridescent flakes and silver holographic micro shimmer.  This one can be built up to reach full opacity, but it will take a little work.  I used 2 coats over OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls.

Opal CU

Blue Opal

Blue Opal

Blue Opal is a sheer sky blue base with iridescent flakes and silver holographic micro shimmer.  I used 2 coats OPI What’s With The Cattitude.  Aside from Opal (which has a clear base) Blue Opal has the sheerest base.  You can layer this on it’s own,  but you need really thin coats.

Sea Moss Opal

Sea Moss Opal

Sea Moss Opal is a green jelly base with iridescent flakes and silver holographic micro shimmer.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Rose Opal

Rose Opal

Rose Opal is one of my favorites.  This is a vibrant rose pink jelly base with iridescent flakes and silver holographic micro shimmer.  I only needed 2 coats for this photo.

Rose Opal CU

Violet Opal

Violet Opal

Violet Opal is another favorite!  A deeper violet jelly base with iridescent flakes and silver holographic micro shimmer.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Violet Opal CU

Teal Opal

Teal Opal

Teal Opal is a deep teal jelly base with iridescent flakes and silver holographic micro shimmer.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Black Opal

Black Opal

Last but not least is Black Opal.  Black Opal is a black jelly base with iridescent flakes and silver holographic micro shimmer.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Overall this is a really pretty collection.  You do need to use thin coats though.  They are so jam packed with flakes that if you try to use too much at once, the flakes will lump up a bit.  The formula itself is great and with thin coats I had no application issues.  The amount of flakes in each polish helps to give off sparks of color and some gorgeous sparkle.

My Top Picks: Rose Opal, Opal, Violet Opal and Black Opal

Price: $8.00 Each

Where to Buy:  Darling Diva Polish Shop

Make sure you watch the Darling Diva Polish Facebook page for more swatches of the Opal Collection as well as future and past shades!

Keep an eye out for the Diamond Collection from Darling Diva Polish which should be up tomorrow!

I believe what you said was very logical. However, think about this,
suppose you were to create a awesome headline?

I ain’t suggesting your content is not solid, however what if you
added a post title that grabbed people’s
attention? I mean Darling Diva Polish Opal Collection Swatches and Review
| Cosmetic Sanctuary is a little plain. You might peek at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create news titles to get viewers
to open the links. You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab
readers excited about what you’ve written. In my opinion,
it could make your website a little bit more interesting.
